Apartments are very spacious and affordable. the staff is friendly and the grounds always kept clean. love the renovated unit as it comes with a washer/dryer!!!

I have been complaining about bugs since I moved in November 2022. Management had orkin spray ONE corner of the hallway every other month. I witnessed orkin come leave notes on the door that said they'd sprayed but they didn't go into any of the apartments in my building. There are roaches outside in the breezeways and open cracks that lead straight from outside into your apartment for these critters to crawl through. After the neighbors above me abandoned their apartment, the bugs became... unbearable, I stopped notifying management because management blocked my calls. Months passed since the apartment was abandoned and maintenance has been removing their belongings for a month now and the bugs have all of a sudden become less and less. Read More

The floor plan and the location fit my needs considering the annual cost. The customer service is excellent. The facilities have been improved a lot.

Staff really care about the apartments and residents and are making continued improvements. The apartments are renovated and residents seem friendly. I like the fact that shopping centers and restaurants are close by. I also have children and love the playground. I can tell that a lot of love for children went into it. I would recommend these apartments!
