I moved here May 2020, I was excited for move in day but have been disappointed! - was super dirty on move in day, extremely dusty and still some items on the top part of the cabinets from past tenants,floors were super dirty,light fixtures dusty etc and this was supposed to be a “remoled unit” -I stared seeing roaches in the kitchen area and took a couple of times for them to completely get rid of them! -This is the second summer the pool hasn’t been opened and it’s part of the amenities... that are included in the rent you pay, the playground is super old and needs to be update. Units have SUPER OLD windows and due to it your electricity bill will be high, in winter times you will feel the cold coming in from the thin windows. -Maintenance request take way too long because they are always understaffed -This is the first place where they don’t clean your carpet when you renew your lease -very old sink upstairs to be considered updated -Old cabinets were just painted grey (Terrible job) and thats what you get on “ renovated” units

A Great Place
I have been living here for 2 years now and I really enjoy my home. I love the amount of closet and cabinet space. Both bed rooms are roomy and spacious. The property manager is also pleasant, helpful and friendly. The surrounding area is quite. And the location is close to everything you need as far as food, shopping and entertainment.

Worth every penny!
Quiet and peaceful. Excellent schools. Awesome property manager. She is the best. The staff is also friendly and down to earth. Anytime you need anything someone's life is there in minutes. Big rooms and lots of living space. Great place to live!

This is a great neighborhood. Very quiet, Apartment has large bedrooms with plenty of storage.
