Wonderful location allowing walkable shopping. Grounds are impressive and beautifully maintained. Community is diverse in all measures with many long term residents. As dog owner, appreciated two dog parks and many options for dog walks. Owners (in general) are good about managing pet behavior and picking up after them. Lots of bag dispensers throughout complex. Units are spacious, lots of windows, nice entry area and very thoughtful kitchen design. No complex is perfect, but the... level of professionalism and experience in office and maintenance staff is extraordinary. No complaints about responsiveness. Maintenance was world class (imo) and always a pleasure to deal with. Great manager and crew who are very experienced and work hard to "get it right". Moved from Crowne Gardens into another Crowne property. Big fan!

Used to be nice
When I moved in, everything was mostly great. But as time went on the quality of the complex and the people they let in has gone down. There’s always trash in the parking lot. It’s never quiet anymore, cars constantly get broken into, and the police are always here. If you’re looking for a quiet place to live, this is not it.

Terrible customer service
I wish I could put 0 star , been living here since 2016 and the staff and management is so disrespectful to their customers . It’s gotten worse everyday.

Great location and good service’
Great location on New Garden Rd. The propert although a little dated, is quite well kept. Maintenance services, leasing office and other services are just about average. Rooms are spacious but the living room lacks an open floor plan. Overall it’s worth the rent $$.

I may never leave
I've been living at Crowne Garden Apartments for many years. It is the perfect location for me! Close to major highways to get you where you are going.., Walking distance to those other places you need to get to...Lowe's grocery store, Starbucks, gas station, Target, Numerous restaurants and shops. The apartments are amazing! Large spaces with excellent floor plans at reasonable prices. The pool area is beautiful! You will want to hang out there all summer. Check out the brand new fitness room,... it's amazing! The best part about living at Crowne Gardens is the staff. They are always there to help you . They are so friendly, more like family. You will never want to leave once you are here
