Among all the apartments I’ve lived in, the management team here has been the best by far, and the property is extremely well maintained by these incredible professionals. Maintenance requests are handled promptly (within the same day for most cases), and the overall property was always kept very clean. The community is gated, which added an extra sense of safety and peace of mind.

While the community rules may feel a bit strict to some people, I personally appreciated them because they help... keep the environment respectful and quiet. As a result, I experienced very little stress from neighbors, which made living here even more enjoyable.

I’ve really enjoyed living here. It’s a gated and secure place, and honestly, you won’t get a better deal for luxury living. The apartments are spacious, super clean, and very well managed. The maintenance team goes above and beyond, big shoutout to Mr. Wiggins and the crew for always being helpful and quick to respond. Unlike many corporate-run apartments, the team here feels very personable and genuinely cares about residents.

Even though it’s in a college area, the noise never really reaches... us, so it stays peaceful. As long as you follow the basic leasing rules, you’ll love it here. I absolutely love living at Bailey Village! While the apartments are new - what's not to love about that - my favorite thing is how deeply sacred the space feels among a caring community.

The property is meticulously maintained with beautiful outdoor grounds and thoughtfully designed, spacious apartments. My overall experience has been stellar from day one.

The move-in process was completely effortless and stress-free. Management is a key part of my positive experience living here - they... certainly make you feel truly welcome. I have found the maintenance team to be exceptional - they’re absolutely responsive and super helpful.

One of the great highlights for me is that we’re located just a block and a half from downtown - I couldn’t ask for better convenience.

Bailey Village apartments are very spacious and clean. Have lived here for 2 and 1/2 years. The office staff are amazing and answers promptly to concerns. The property is well maintained and has multiple security measures in place. A great perk is being close to downtown and not far from multiple areas of Greensboro.
