I have been staying at Advenir for about two to three years. My water has came out brown from all faucets, my ac has not worked on multiple occasions, my tub has leaked. The list is endless. I tell my apartment complex and nothing was done! No one came and fixed anything! If you would like to have peace of mind and working ac and clear water PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! If you don't mind any of the things listed above feel free. But, you have been warned. Don't get me started on the insects!!!!

I have lived at this apartment's location since 2023. Advenir Apts is very convenient to local shopping malls and grocery stores. The staff at this apartment complex is very helpful . Work orders are completed in a timely fashion and very neat and clean. Management and staff demonstrate the ability to handle any situation in the care and helpfulness of the apartment community. I enjoy living here.

Hate It!!!
I 100% wouldn’t reccommend staying here especially for the price. The office ppl do not care and the maintenance ppl are terrible! Ive been here 7 months & still having issues with this overly priced apartment. Look else where!

Poor service
Good area, good looking apartment from a distance, pleasant office staff…..Some of the worse maintenance resolution I ever seen. Without a long story if you move in a never have any major maintenance issues you should be fine, but if you do may lord help you. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK

Everything.
I moved in a month ago and have not had HOT WATER!!! I have numerous things wrong with my apartment and I’ve spoken with these regards to everyone from leasing agent to manager and they have yet to be resolved. I keep getting the run around. I am currently trying to reach out to their emergency maintenance because now my bathtub is running and won’t stop. But you guessed it nobody is answering. I would move anywhere else for the price you would pay here for “luxury”. Please go somewhere... else!!!!!
