I like how quiet everything is and how quickly I was able to be approved and get in. It’s a bit difficult to get responses to emails or get someone to answer the phone and my trash still isn’t being picked up.

I am certainly dissatisfied of taking away payment options from the community. I absolutely feel that the action was very inconsiderate and inconvenient for the communities needs! Not every resident is elderly or eligible to receive a big check at the first of the month in order to cover all of their bills!. At least with the payment options you can split your rent up and not feel like you are being punished for being an active, working, responsible adult who has a lot of over bills to pay also.... . I have been stressed every month since the change about receiving threatening notices when I have been here for a while and never came close to any eviction proceedings.. I wish i could give 5.. just having bad experience with the plumbing which affects my water bill that is included with my rent. Maintenance has tried to fix it.. But i feel they need a expert in Plumbing to get the job done.. Im reaping the cost from the issue. Overall quiet neighborhood. Helpful staff in office especially Mr. Lee.

Everyone has been so helpful!! Absolutely love our new place, everything is super peaceful here too. Everyone in the leasing office was super nice and helpful and efficient in getting our leasing process done!

Quiet, everybody is friendly. Nice size apartments. Just wish it was a little more closet space and cabinet space. Love there’s a park and a pool.
