I have been here since November and love it! I have lived in multiple apartments as well as even worked in property management and this is by far one of the best. Maintenance is polite and quick! And office staff is very attentive with answering any questions or maintenance issues! Price is much lower than many other apartments, and my place is even updated! Love the amenities, and how quiet and peaceful it is.

Filthy old place with roaches
Do not recommend this place at all. A lot of roaches, False advertisement, unit smells bad and poorly maintained property. Not happy

Tartan Place Apartments.
Nice, quiet, clean, and the management team is great. Sherry and Gary take great care of their residents. Large dogs allowed, it's a wonderful complex that is rare to find.

Simply Wonderful
A nice quiet community near the Cape Fear River Trail. It's been a wonderful experience living here with my family. Everyone that works here is wonderful and friendly. Awesome place.
