This is a small clean cut property that offers updated interiors with affordable living prices. Definitely recommend!

Great place to live!

One of the best things about College Arms is the location – it’s in a safe neighborhood and walking distance to the bus stop, laundromat, Walmart, and various restaurants (Freddy’s, Chipotle, Panera, Chick-fil-A, Zaxbys). The manager is great and has always been quick to address any issues. This is a nice place to live.

Very rude manager

I called concerning an issue with a housing problem and the manager was really rude. If I could of ripped the lease up I would have. I have an attorney looking into the matter. Go else where! It's so not worth the money
