We inherited a number of issues upon taking over management and worked with tenants, on an individual basis, to ensure we addressed all subpar move in conditions. This included, but wasn't limited to, cleaning carpets and maintenance issues. Tenant... satisfaction is our top priority along with providing tenants a clean apartment to move into. Under new management all apartments are cleaned, painted, carpets are cleaned and maintenance gives every apartment a full inspection prior to move in.

Around a bunch of privileged kids. Who know nothing about respect. Loud at all times of night

Management addresses all excessive noise concerns with tenants directly and, if necessary, may initiate a transfer should something be available. Additionally, those who violate their neighbor's right to quiet enjoyment are given the opportunity to... cure their breach of contract. In extreme cases this could result in legal action if the breech is not cured. The pandemic limited our legal recourse significantly however, despite this challenge, we continue to put every effort into remedying our tenant’s concerns with the resources/options available to us.
