Location is fantastic, right in downtown Durham. The building is well-maintained and management is extremely responsive. I have had a few maintenance requests and every time they were fixed within a day or two. The amenities such as a gym and pool are also nice. The only negative is that many of the spots in the building's garage are quite narrow, so you get to practice pulling into tight spaces. Overall a great building and I am very happy I chose to live here.

Evinn and Jeff made my leasing and move-in experience very low stress and easy. All of my new neighbors have been extremely nice and inviting. Parking is easy and there are an endless number of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance (10min or less) including a coffee shop and food court directly across the street. The neighborhood has a wonderful vibe and I’m very happy to be here
