Facilities are constantly breaking, and don't get fixed
The fire alarm goes off regularly and they can't seem to determine the cause. In the summer the fire alarm went off, and the fire department was not called. We later found out they had been testing the fire alarm and told no one in the building (or the fire department that they would be doing so).
The fire pit at the pool never got finished and so it's just a few chairs around a pit, but the fire doesn't work.
Things regularly get stolen from the package room, but none of their cameras work... (as said by them).
The A/C and heating units break monthly. They bought the cheapest units they could find and we can witness the results

Fire Alarm Goes Off In The Night!!
Fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night (12am-2am) frequently with no resolution from management! If you value sleep, don’t move here! This has happened twice just this week alone!
