It will be even better once all the amenities are available. However, I am happy with the fact that there is a pickleball court on site. Once the pool and fitness center are available for use it will be much better. The staff is very friendly and helpful for the most part. I have only had issues with one person associated with staff and management handled the situation. Maintenance has taken care of all issues we have had so far, though we are still waiting on a piece to arrive for our air... conditioner.

We were told our unit was first floor with all hardwood but it was not. The unit is still beautiful we were just mislead and the only two options were a month off rent, a promo they run every month, or to cancel our lease

I love my apartment. However, management has been very unprofessional. I work in Raleigh, and I coming home from work can take me upwards of an hour. Coming home from work after my service animal had surgery, I was notified that the surgery cover I had ordered for her had been delivered. Because I know that I would be cutting it close to when the office closes, I called the office and asked them if I'd be able to run in to retrieve my package. The lady who answered, named Sierra, was very rude... and said that if I'm not there by 6 pm, then I won't be let in. I reached the office by 6:00 pm, and the doors were locked. I then saw a man who seemed to be her friend. She allowed him in the building, but not me. I was able to catch her when she was outside, and she said that " she saw my package and felt around and she decided that what I was trying to get wasn't medical and that it's not her problem". My time here has sucked

Do Not Stay Here

Requests are put into a black box with no timeline given of an estimated date until it is fixed, much less a timeline to even inspect the request. It took 2 months for my AC to be fixed in the midst of summer. I went weeks without a stovetop. I dealt with and paid for a roach infestation to be taken care of. My washing machine has now been out for weeks with no resolution in sight.

Despite the abundance of issues I have experienced, my lease has never reflected a reduction of costs nor have I...
been financially compensated for any costs I have incurred.

Community features may be worse, though. The back gate to the complex has been broken for nearly three months at this point and has no update on when it might get fixed. Management have resorted to putting caution tape in front of the gate and putting a chain around it. I doubt this will be fixed within a year, if ever. The door to the mailroom has also been broken for months, with seemingly no effort to get this fixed meaning that if you want your mail, you must retrieve it during their work hours regardless on if it conflicts with your own work hours. There has been an abandoned vehicle poorly parked in front of my building since before the new year. It now has two flat tires, and despite emailing management, it has remained there for nearly 6 months. The newest issue is now the pool, which is also now, for some reason, unusable! Instead of fixing the pool, they have instead opted to tape off the entrance with caution tape.

Management here does not care about you. They don't care about the tenants. They don't care about the facilities or complex. I find it hard to know what they do care about, actually. To say my stay here has been frustrating would not convey the level of frustration I have faced. And management's response? "It'll get fixed when it gets fixed."

Had a water leak at my washing machine. Turned out the discharge hose was not plugged into the drain pipe. Anyhow I called the problem in on a Sunday and within minutes, someone from the maintenance department called back and was there within hours.
