Amazing Community
Thus far my experience at Amavi Brier Creek has been good! Easy move in and Marquita and Mikhaela have been great answering all the questions I have and being so accommodating with our addresses not being registered in the USPS database allowing me to have my packages to the leasing office.

New home, great neighborhood
We actually looked at a couple of different homes and townhomes for rent in the Brier Creek area, and Amavi beat them all out hands down. The customer service was great and the property is cute. Marquita helped us and made sure we felt special and informed.

Great Place.. Great Customer Service
Amavi is shaping up to be one of the best places to live in Brier Creek! Spacious floorplans, beautiful exteriors and great amenities. The office team are very welcoming and knowlegable. From start to finish, Marquita at Amavi has been the ultimate in customer service!! Mikheala is one of the best managers with a great voice, and Anaya was very sweet and welcoming. Amazing tenant care!!!
Thomasine is the sole reason I am here outside of the beautiful townhomes themself. There's plenty of space which I needed. With backdoor privacy. Amavi Briercreek will walk you through every step of the rental process from beginning until move in and even after! I've never dealt with such pleasantry.
