Maintenance is horrendous. Lazy, takes forever to get anything done. Used to have a good maintenance man, the one we have now is okay just slow. The maintenance tech is always in the shop or standing around like he's lost. You can't understand a single word he says. He's obviously in the wrong career field. Office ladies are pretty sweet. Office assistant is an absolute doll. The good reviews are due to them, they make this place bearable. Prices are outrageous! The people above me have kids who... do whatever they want whenever they want. Loud and stomping/ running at all hours of the night. Parking gets a bit frustrating at times, people selling "goodies" has in and out traffic. One apartment has 2 of the front parking spaces so we usually don't get one. Greedy selfish people! Parents really don't watch their kids at all. I can go on and on. Perks are slim but... the grounds are usually clean (until kids come in from school throwing trash everywhere), the weight room is peaceful late at night, you're close to several grocery stores/ eating places, the pool on hot days, and the apartments are being upgraded beautifully.

I've been living here 3 years now and no plans on leaving because this is a wonderful place to live the apartment manager and Andrew and his staff is awesome the maintenance crew it's awesome they quick to respond on repair when need it I would recommend anyone to live here is a quiet friendly family oriented

I have lived at Davidson apartments for about a year and a half now. Here are my pros and cons.
Pros:
Maintenance is always great and willing to help with anything I need fixed. It has always been fixed very quickly too. When my A.C unit went out last summer, they even brought me a portable unit I could use while they ordered me a new one. It is usually very quiet and I have always felt safe.
Cons:
The 1 bedroom apartments don’t have central air or a dishwasher.
Other than that, I have been... very happy here and I would recommend it to anyone!

I just moved into my apartment and I love it! The whole experience from when I first called to when I moved in was great. The office staff was very helpful and patient as I had tons of questions. The manager, Rich, went over my lease with me when I moved in and also had a move in packet prepared which was very informative and helpful. While I was moving my furniture, John the maintenance supervisor came by to introduced himself. So far, I'm very pleased and excited to be here!
