Leonardo the maintenance man said someone was coming to clean the carpet in my master bedroom because of a leak but it hasn't happened and that was 2 days ago. He was supposed to have tightened the toilet seat on the master bathroom toilet but it is still wobbly. The ceiling in the master bathroom where the leak occurred looks as if it has mold on it

I drove two hours yesterday on my only day off just not to tour the apartment. I can honestly say I’m no longer interested. My appointment was at 3pm I showed up on time the lady explained the apartments and cost an got a call and told me to wait . She talked to a potential client on the phone over 20 mins . I told her I have to go because I had another tour with another apartment scheduled. When she takes me to the place in the golf cart in the cold and rain we get to the place and she can’t... open the door it’s now 3:30 and all I did was wait and get disappointed to not didn’t even get to see the inside of the apartment. The lady then tells me we can wait on maintenance to come and open the door but she doesn’t know when they will come back but we can wait . I told her I just want my drivers license back and another thing the list of charges at this apartment is ridiculous. I was told I would pay a security deposit and a 155 fee for and credit fee and water fee . I never heard of such a thing in my life .
I wasted my time yesterday for nothing to not even do a tour.
