I've been at Windsor Harbor for exactly one month. My townhouse is exactly what I wanted with all the amenities. My neighbors are nice and there are lots of kids for my 4 year old to play with. Also the staff is very attentive when I had a maintenance issue. Like I said so far so good. I would recommend this complex to anyone who asks.
