Overall, a great start place if you are coming to charlotte. Some places are a tad expensive for the sqft. They do keep up with maintenance and try to make it a fun place to live.

Willow Ridge is well situated in close proximity to stores, restaurants, doctors' offices and a hospital.. The grounds are well maintained as are the exteriors of the buildings. The maintenance and office staffs are friendly, professional and responsive. The neighbors are friendly and unobtrusive.

The maintenance crew is always very helpful. Plus they are on the job within a few hours is amazing. People within the complex always talk and all say their response is always immediate. A few hours or the same day almost every time.
