Willow Ridge is well situated in close proximity to stores, restaurants, doctors' offices and a hospital. The grounds are well maintained as are the exteriors of the buildings. The office and maintenance staffs are friendly, professional and responsive. The neighbors are friendly and unobtrusive

Roaches in the walls, destroying outlets and smoke detectors. Thought we’d get a bug guy, turns out you have to request it. And that guy never shows up. Hot tub always broken, 4 “sparkling pools” often just one or two open, maintainence dismisses your requests(especially when it comes to fixing your fireplace so you don’t die of carbon monoxide).
