Love it here!!! Staff is always on point maintenance always gets the job done. I don’t have to wait forever for a work order to get taken care of and The parking situation is great now that they gave the guest parking!!!

So far my stay at Allora Wallace Park has been positive and with peace for me and my brother.Though we are not those that complain about everytging that goes on around is in tge comunity, we do value are safety and our neighbors very thankful of no issues that we are not aware of.People could respect the garbage area better it looks nasty when garbage is piled up out side the trash compactor.

Hallway is very nasty and dirty. This building is barely two years old but looks twenty. Trash dumpster is disgusting. Sometimes will run over.
