New ownership always brings challenges, and the growing pains continue as updates are completed. All in all you can't beat this place for location, quietness and price. The apartments are good sized with a balcony or patio. The landscapers are absolutely AWESOME. The front office is friendlly. If you choose charm over chic this is the place to be.

When I first moved here, I liked it. Not anymore. I realized they don't care about the residents. Office staff is not personable like previous management/staff. Community appearance went down. Maintenance is not too strong. You call for a problem, they come but downplay it, never go to the roots of the problem. So you end up with same problem again. I feel like the safety police, always have to call Duke energy to report lighting problems, because I walk my dog at night and don't feel safe... in the dark.Duke energy said they're only responsible for streets poles. For some reasons, I always end up with neighbors on top of me with 10 kids, or 10 dogs, at one point a tenant had 13 dogs in total. He had 2 dogs he came with, and the female gave birth to 11 pups. So the amount of noise is always insane. In all it's not the worse place to live, but definitely not worth the exorbitant price.

It’s been ok , property definitely needs renovations units are outdated . Playground needs renovation for the smaller children. Staff is friendly , had some issues with maintenance but property management acted in timely manner.
