This apartment complex is the absolute worst place I’ve ever lived. First off, the office staff is NEVER in the office. They come and leave when they wish. They’re rude as crap and they don’t care about anything other than money. Speaking of which, they claimed we owed them 500$ which was absolutely untrue and seeing as how much of a problem they have with giving you a receipt when you turn in rent, we believe one of the employees have been embezzling money. Just our theory on how we somehow got... behind on our rent. We believe this because this happened to a couple of other tenants who live in this community. They left a lovely note on our door saying we had 2 weeks to pay up or they would start the eviction process. We are currently without hot water because our shower faucets won’t shut off all the way and “they had to order a part”. That was 3 weeks ago and it’s still not fixed. My husband and I barely cook, so we don’t really have groceries anywhere except in the fridge. I say this because there have been baby roaches popping up here and there. Again, we brought this to the attention of the staff and maintenance, all we got was “we don’t know when the pest control are coming to spray the apartments again.” Um, what? This experience has been the most frustrating and trying experiences of my life. So fair warning, you’ll regret signing a lease here shortly after the ink dries on the dotted line.

Stay Away
Pros: Cheap rent, convenient location, safe area, large apartments. Cons: Office staff is difficult to reach. Maintenance doesn't make repairs in a timely manner.
If you like being without AC in the summer for weeks at a time, this is the place for you. I'm regretting that I renewed my lease for another year. I can't wait to get out of here. The rent may be cheap but it's not worth it. Spend a little more and get someplace where they actually make repairs.
