Has potential to be nice but once you’re in here management is constantly putting notes in your door every other day. It’s a new complex so I get that they have to set the tone but jeez, you definitely feel like you can’t do anything in your own home. Speaking of this being a new complex, the finishing wasn’t done carefully so light fixures are crooked, paint isn’t done along the windows, and doors don’t lock/close all the way. The water isn’t even that hot either so after 3 minutes you’re... taking a cold shower. It’s hard to see this place as a true home to be honest. You pretty much can’t do anything but stay in your unit and be quiet and hope they don’t put a note in your door that says you have 30 days to vacate.

Just what my family and i was looking for .
The Volaire is in the middle of everything! Great commute to work . Not even 10 mins from uptown where you can enjoy the city night life after work . Nice , comfortable and quiet . When im at home ,im at peace . That's very important to me and my family besides having access to the gym and coworking space . I can actually have a business meeting in the lounge area instead of meeting at coffee shop . Love it here !!!
