Do not move here the place is run down

The office management is nonexistent. Been living here for two years and the pool has not opened at all. You need to contact the Mill for them to even pay attention to the issues going on at the complex. The hallways are constantly dirty, appliances take months to get fixed, and maintenance is lazy. The complex is constantly dirty, there is graffiti on the walls, and I didn't get a mailbox key until a year after I moved in. The rent is too expensive for the quality of this place. The pictures... look better than the actual place.

TERRIBLE Property Management! Do NOT recommend!

My son is currently a resident at The Union. The apartments themselves are okay, but property management is almost non-existent. Even though he and his roommate are paying for a fully furnished apartment, that includes a washer and dryer, property management will not respond to maintenance requests. The dryer has not worked in in three months, and property management will not respond. They have put in maintenance requests and called/visited the office repeatedly with no success. They have... also tried to contact their property manager at Covenant Property Services via email, and she will not even respond. PATHETIC! In addition, the grounds are filthy with dog poop everywhere. The pool has been closed for months (not to mention the greenish, dirty water), and the outdoor landings are filthy. What a shame that poor management has ruined this complex. Definitely would not recommend to anyone!

Don't even consider this place DO NOT BE FOOLED BY NAME CHANGE

I would give zero stars if possible. My time with this apartment was the worst of my 5 years of college/grad school. I was charged $50+ in overages for utilities every month even though I was barley there and the air Condition frequently went out. The electricity goes out when you use the oven or stove. The pool is filled with little kids and families that clearly do not live there. Management was rude and only cares about money. Not a good place to live at all.

Horrific Management

It's such a shame because the apartments themselves are a pretty great value for the price. However, there has been a shift in management and the new management is terrible! I had two guests over on a Saturday night at 10pm and a manager came to the apartment barging in, asking why we were making noise and how the neighbors had complained. I, unlike most tenants, actually read my entire lease through and I know that 10pm on a Saturday does not coincide with quiet hours for the apartment complex... . But it doesn't even stop there. Management will come into your apartment and into your room to drop off notices (even when you're not there). I found this out when I came home and a notice was laying on my desk! The previous management would have left the notice on your door or at least knocked and tried to give it to you directly. I find this new management to be abhorrent, disrespectful and rude. I'm definitely NOT renewing my lease here.
