Best in town
Excellent property. The location and the leasing process made it easy for us to rent there. Also Bayan , the leasing consultant was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Awesome Team
The Ellis is a beautiful community situated on the outskirts of uptown. The community is so beautiful and amenities are everything. If you’re looking for walkability, this is the perfect location. Leasing office and concierge are amazing!

Six months in and loving it!
I did extensive research in choosing an apartment when getting ready to move to Charlotte. I knew I wanted to be in Uptown, and the expansion and revitalization of the First Ward area around College and Tryon was really exciting. Finding The Ellis was the winner! I locked in an amazing floor plan, at an amazing price, with two free months of rent.
The complex itself is very well maintained, the hallways are clean, it smells clean (that's a big deal for me), the amenities for both the Midrise... and the Tower are incredible, and parking deck parking for only $25 a month. It is a secure and safe complex.
When maintenance has to enter your apartment, management is always letting you know, and asking your permission. The maintenance team is fantastic. Always quick to respond, in person, at your apartment. They follow up to make sure things are taken care of, and are super friendly and explain what they're doing if you happen to be at home when they are there.
Highly, highly recommend The Ellis to anyone wanting affordable Uptown living!
