Nothing but good things to say about the Bryant Apartment. The team of ladies at the Leasing office are the best. Maintenance is fast, responsive, and efficient. The amenities and events are amazing. It's also a really great location and neighborhood.

Great apartment complex option in the Charlotte area. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful with anything you may need. The complex is kept very clean (to the best of the managements ability). You obviously have some neighbors that don’t keep up with cleanliness, but that’s everywhere. I’ve lived here 3 years and had a pleasant experience. Parking is limited, if you get home later you might not get a spot. Amenities are decently maintained, although you do have to pay $150 amenity fee every... lease.
