Been here since December 2024 and I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My building neighbors are nice, office staff is nice and have been helpful.Due to unforeseen circumstances I have to move but I will miss my stay here.

They have roaches
I've had issue constantly since day 1, I've never had to call maintenance this many times in any apartment I've lived in.
My very first week here, my HVAC system wasn't working in the middle of winter. No heat for a week_I couldn't even have a fresh start and clean everything properly. RED FLAG #2 Red Flag #1, you have to turn on your duke energy before signing the lease and before paperwork is processed.
.They have roaches crawling in the street. .My carpet smelled like dog pee and they knew... about it. .My light dimmer never worked, only flickered and they knew about it. .My drains were clogged moving in .Their sprinklers were broken and beat up someone's car in the parking lot all night, I let the property manager know and she didn't care. + more, that's not even the end of the list.
I requested a meeting with the property manager and she brushed me off multiple times. So my personal issue is with the property manger. After finally getting a meeting, I asked for contact information to the corporate office she first asked me why I would like the information, I gave her my answer (part of it was my issues with they way things had previously been handled) and her response was if I could find it online, I could contact them that way.

Many of the issues you've raised were either resolved,... outside our control, or difficult to address due to your request that we not enter your home.
While we respect your preferences, it does limit our ability to investigate or resolve maintenance concerns. We remain open to working with you, but we kindly ask that communication stays productive so we can find the best possible outcome.

Noisy and Unsafe.
Incredibly noisy. People are blaring music all around the property at all times. Management shows no concern regarding the noise level, they do nothing to resolve the problem. You will hear bass every single night.
Police show up every weekend. Cars doing burnouts in the parking lot. Cars being broken into. Management even sends out emails reminding tenants to take items out of their car.
Extremely disruptive and unsafe environment, would avoid at all costs.
