I enjoy living here and I can see staying for a long time. The office staff is very friendly and helpful and the location is perfect.

My apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom kitchen living room.Its $610 a month plus electric its a brick biulding. Porch front and back It has all appliances.no washer or dryer hook up it has phone connections.and cable connections.it has shower toilett sink.

SouthGate apt
It starts in the office when u get to fill out ur application the women at the front desk are really great and cheerful... They are helpful if u have good or bad credit and understanding. when u come up a little short ..... Everthing in my apt was new carpet and doors and it was very relaxing to know that they made it feel like i was the first to stay in that unit
