You are even not allowed to come in their office. They talk through the glass door. Now you can go anythere even without mask. So I believe it's just rude and not tolerant. After you lease apartment at the Oasis you realise you have problems with cockroaches. Even if you keep clean your apartment you still have it, because the building is old, and it has cockroaches right between walls and in the attic. Pest control doesn't help you. The price is affordable, but they have a lot of additional... fees. Also they will find so many reasons to keep your deposit. Don't lease there, you can find same price at the better place!

Bed Beg Move Out Scam
If I could leave this place zero stars I would. Upon move out which I wasn’t present for they claim my apartment had bed bugs. From a K9 inspection company, which also is the same company which will do a so called extermination(action pest control) They will charge you hundreds of dollars and keep your deposit. I highly recommend anyone moving in to NOT. I would save your money and the headache that will arise from this apartment complex! Now as far as the office staff they are very rude, no... care in the world for their residents. All they care about is Money! Neighborhood is not safe you will hear gun shots and see police around all the time.

Bed Bug Infestation SCAM
This community has bed bugs. They don't tell you that before you move in. Then they have you sign a contract saying your are responsible. When you move out they charge you hundreds of dollars and KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT They also are in cohorts with a pest control company that will say you have bedbugs when you really don't BEWARE

Affordable and Simple
Large floor plan and huge outdoor space! For a cheap cost , pet friendly and quiet . Located 15 minutes away from downtown Charlotte and Matthews .

rent is very affordable
You get what you pay for with this apt complex. The maintenance is horrible and its very hard to get in touch with the office staff. This is not the best side of town but at least there is always security/police around. The apt itself is alright, not up to date or anything but it's also not worn down. I've lived here for almost a year and glad to say my lease is almost over! If you are picky with where you want to live i wouldn't consider this place.
