My family moved into Linz a few months ago after struggling to find the right place in Charlotte for months. The office staff are all incredibly helpful, kind people who helped us with a quick move-in with less than 48 hours notice. We chose the 1 bed + den floor plan for our family of three and are still surprised at the spacious feel given the square footage. The apartment itself, the amenities, the community events, the walkability, and the people truly make Linz a hidden gem of Charlotte.

My family and I toured this property last week and loved it. The staff were helpful and easy to work with.The community is beautiful and the amenities are amazing. Just signed our lease and we can't wait to move in.

Beautiful apartments with nice finishes throughout. The pool and gym are top notch. The community is easily walkable to get out and exercise. Food and grocery stores are right around the corner. The staff has been pleasant and overall we have loved staying here.

My original concern was about the refund of my application money after being denied. The payment was processed quickly, but I was told it could take up to three weeks to receive my refund, and this was not clearly explained beforehand.

After raising this concern, I received a call from a manager who was extremely rude and unprofessional. During the call, I was told that I had an attitude and that I should be ashamed of myself for making what was called a petty complaint. I was also told that my... refund could be expedited if I chose not to leave a review. When I stated that I still intended to leave an honest review based on my experience, the manager became angry and continued speaking in an inappropriate and disrespectful manner.

I do not know the individual’s name, so I do not want the wrong person held responsible, but this call came from Linx Apartments management.

This experience was unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed, that my refund be processed promptly, and that steps be taken to ensure future applicants and residents are treated with respect. Read More

The location is great, love the apartment inside and out. The pool area is spectacular, not to mention the workout rooms, lots of options.
The lounging area is also very impressive I love it.
The only reason I gave a 4star is because of the traffic noise we hear on the back side. Other than that the place is pretty cool!!
