we recently had a pluming problem and the maintenance guys that are provided with the apartment just duct taped some of the tubes together and left, and the pool just very recently reopened and when i tell you there is dead ants and other insects EVERYWHERE it was honestly so disgusting

a very quiet place to live very orderly maintenance and very friendly place manager very clean and tidy

I have been in these apartments for 5 years and I cannot complain. Property manager is great she maintains the place so neat. Maintenance is excellent whenever you have an issue in your apartment he comes right away. Very peaceful and quiet place.

This places served is purpose as a quick and cheap apartment when I first needed to move. So if that's all you need is basics then this is the place for you. I have never had a bad thing to say about any place until I stayed here. I thankfully had good neighbors until recently. however this complex is very glued together. This place has one way in and one way out, only two of my windows in the entire apartment opened one in the living room the other in the spare bedroom which was a fire hazard... and the fire department has been notified since I asked the property manager numerous times only to finally be told the windows are old and their is nothing they can do about them because the parts to fix the window are not orderable. you have to keep the fans on constantly because the windows have mold. Summer time gnats are a huge issue from the kitchen to the bathrooms and spill over into the bedrooms. The property manager was notified of all issues I had in my apartment and still choose not to deal with many of them, including two ceiling leaks( one of which corporate had to be called, because they were not responding and water damage was stating to affect my furniture) a lot of the apartment was patch work done by a very lax maintenance man. The staff was very rude to my guest more than once, to the point I had to spend my time at my boyfriends place as he refused to come to my apartment and be harassed, by the property manager to be put on my lease, because he kept a duffle bag of clothes at my place, despite the fact, he had his own place. I wish all future tenants the best as well as currents, because my neighbors were the only ones who kept me there as long as I stayed because they were amazing and looked out for me, especially after my package was stolen. I have also contacted corporate with documentation in hopes that current management can, possibly go though some training or maybe even replacement in order to make the complex a better place.
