Parking issues, resurfaced lots, did not replace all visitor parking which was few and far between to begin with. Towing service for this complex has put up signs for visitors to either pay $11 to park or risk being towed, then you have to pay towing charges which is in the hundreds. If they can get more visitor parking slots, so you can have visitors without having the pay to visit you, this would be a great place to live.

This place is beautiful and looks just like the photos, but there's probs more bad then there is good. When we first moved in, we heard the people above us every day stomping around that it drove us absolutely crazy. You can hear everything between the walls. They don't enforce any of their rules. They say that people are supposed to pick up after their animals and I literally walk past poop (in many spots) on my walk every morning. People park in this bike lane behind our building when they say... that you can't park there and will get towed - I have never seen anyone towed for it since I've been here. They say that people aren't supposed to smoke and that this is a "smoke free community" well that's a bunch of lies! My fiance and I smell weed EVERY DAY in our apartment and I'm pretty sure our neighbors smoke. He is a recovering addict and that is a major trigger for him. We tried breaking the lease, but management moved us to a different unit instead, and we STILL smell weed. It really sucks, and I honestly wish I never would've signed the lease for this place. We had security come out and check the smell once but they said that they have no way of tracking it down unless someone is actively doing it. I think that's just absolutely insane.. why have these rules in place then? I have 7 more months and I can't wait to get out. We leased when it was brand new and they had the "lease up" management crew who were great. Apartment complexes do this - when there is a new property, they bring in the best management personnel they have to fill it up. Once its full, they bring in other people who have less experience. I used to be a 5 star review, but... now wish I could give 0 stars.

[1] They towed my brand new car (literally the day I got it) after telling me I could park in a specific section of the lot. In the process they called me a liar. That was fun. Then found out I wasn't lying when one of their employees decided to be honest about a meeting we had in her office.

[2] When I told them we are uncomfortable parking off property and having our friends park off property because there WAS A SHOOTING ON the street right outside the apartment complex 3 days prior, they literally said, verbatim, "Well that's not necessarily related." I'm sorry, what? I don't feel safe, and you're dismissing me. Thank you so much.

[3] They don't let you post on the apartments community wall when you are trying to ask other tenants questions. I've had posts removed when I tried to ask other tenants how they've dealt with difficult situations with management.

I really have enjoyed living at this apartment complex. Not only is it well kept but the customer service is amazing. If there is ever a problem management makes sure it is addressed, especially the assistant manager. He will personally get out of his chair, come see what the problem is, and make sure it is resolved to my satisfaction. Every time I come to the club house I am greeted by everyone. The assistant manager not only greats me but will ask me how do I like something new they have put... in or applied, to make sure I continue to have a good experience. I highly recommend! Read More
