The Inspire is the place I call home

I have been a resident of the Inspire since the property was built and opened for tenants. I love my place, the wonderful sense of community, and the neighborhood. Impressive!

We just moved in on Saturday (July 10, 2021) and are beyond impressed by every last aspect of this property. The unit itself is impeccably clean with very little sign of wear & tear. I've traveled the world & can say the amentities are beyond what you'd expect from any 5 star property (the materials, equipment and such is all high-end, not obvious that any corners have been cut). The unit seems very well insulated as we did not hear any noise from adjacent units nor unit above us. This place... is very pet friendly so our large great pyrennes is comfortable and we've already washed her using the pet grooming area in the property.
The property sponsors events for tenants such as live music & libations which occurred from 12pm-3pm on Saturday our first day in the property. The location provides ease of walking access to restaurants, wine shop, grocery, etc...Overall its been a great experience but of course its early days but I'm optimistic it continues to be a great place to live.

Worst Experience

Do not live here. A new company purchased the building and took away all luxury amenities. It’s by far the worst apartment complex we have lived at.

Poor Ownership- Northland- Management

This place has gone downhill big time! I have been here a year and am moving out in September. The place is dirty, not maintained, not cleaned, not vacuumed, trash rooms are disgusting and smell, one cleaning guy responsible for the entire building including amenities, grounds are disgusting and smell like dog urine throughout, overall, don't rent here. Management is rude, hides in their offices, never see the manager out and about walking the grounds to check on things. Most residents moving in... here are fly by night, short-term leases now, doesn't feel like a home, feels like a Motel-6.

Management Makes A Difference

I really enjoy the infrastructure and the amenities of my apartment/grounds, BUT the leasing staff is truly a hot mess. I have been living here for just 4 months and the leasing staff has literally changed 3 times. The current staff does not care about your concerns or getting back to you with answers in a timely manner at all. If you do get an answer from the staff you will get 3 different answers from 3 different people...no consistency! The leasing staff is always busy with tours and leave... actual residents waiting long periods of time without recourse for their concerns. They actually gave a package a friend sent me away to another resident, who of course opened it. I tried to find out how this happened and if they would implement guidelines so this wouldn't happen again and they looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. The leasing staff doesn't seem to understand the Luxor package program they force residents to use, so I haven't gotten much help there. Again, I really enjoy the actual apartment, but the leasing staff really needs to get their acts together. This is really a beautiful luxury apartment but the unprofessionalism of the staff makes the luxury status very questionable. I recommend looking at other luxury apartments in the area due to the above concerns.
