I seriously love living here. The staff are incredibly kind and always helpful, which makes a huge difference day to day. The people in the building are great too — it’s a mix of young adults and families. I'm 22 years old and in school and working. There’s this really nice, diverse vibe that feels welcoming and alive.

I’ve been living in one of the 4-bedroom co-living units and it’s been a great experience so far. I moved to Charlotte from abroad, and Meg was super helpful and accommodating with getting everything set up—it made a stressful process a lot easier. The apartment came fully furnished, including kitchen equipment, which was really convenient. The building is new and having office space on every floor is nice for working from home.

I moved in almost 3 months ago and absolutely love it here. New to Charlotte and didn’t really know which area to live in, but this apartment’s location could not be better. Recently moved to Charlotte and this was our first appointment. From the time we entered the building I was impressed. Super clean and the leasing agent, Meg was amazing. After touring several apartments we knew it was going to be a top contender. We signed that day. Everyone is super friendly. Close to the lite rail and the rail trail. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We love the rooftop common area and often meet other residents there.
