Living here currently in one of the one-bedroom units, for about a year and a half now. Very spacious, with a big kitchen and living room/den. It being a townhome is also nice, with the bedroom being upstairs. However, I do have some issues. I have to say that the maintenance team is pretty lacking. Ive had issues with the weather stripping on my doors since I moved in, and they've yet to finish fixing it. I shouldnt have to be vacuuming up pillbugs almost every day due to them having a nice gap... under my doors to get through. On a related note, pest control is very inconsistent. Sometimes they show up monthly and do a thorough job, and sometimes they wont show up for months, and then swing by for a quick spray. I understand that the team is busy, but my rent was raised over 10% when I renewed my lease. The least I can get out of it is some issues being fixed. So, nice unit on its own, but I cant ignore these other issues. 3/5.

Great customer service. Great Management. The Maintenance team does an excellent job. Everyone is very friendly and polite.
