Este condominio lo único que hace es quitarte el dinero de alguna forma me han cobrado casi $200 por 2 meses de agua para una sola persona de lo cual en un solo mes prácticamente yo no consumi agua porque yo estuve hospitalizada.

Some residents are disrespectful,and don’t respect others properties and they don’t respect the pool or the areas and for what they charge for rent they in bad condition

Over a 4 year period, the rent has increased over $300.00. The apartments have plumbing issues and insects. The swimming pool has never been usable and the laundry facilities are never available. The entire complex is outdated and have a whole series of other issues that need to be addressed. In my opinion, the value in the advertisement is overstated and not worth the asking price.
