I’ve been very satisfied with my experience here. The staff is professional and responsive, and the community is well maintained. Adding a children’s park would make it even better for families.

Cortland Belgate is a convenient area to live in. Easy access to highways, grocery stores, and shopping. The pool area is nice and the grounds are kept up. The office is welcoming wit its decor. There are activities you can participate in such as yoga or swimming lessons

I really love living here!! The community is beautiful and well kept!! It’s very peaceful.. I’ve only been here a couple of weeks. I hope it continues to stay clean and peaceful. The staff is very friendly!!

For the apartment to be nice I’ve had several things in my apartment that weren’t working when I moved in. It should have been fixed. I’m still waiting on some things to be fixed.
