I love it, it’s a gorgeous complex. The people are really friendly and the leasing office is some of the best staff in the area. The sky lounge is probably my favorite part of the entire apartment. You have the prettiest view of uptown, Charlotte. The amenities are also super nice this apartment features an incredible gym, pool, and offers tons of games that allow you to have a good time.

I love it here! My only concern is my family and friends visiting me. Have to get a visiting pass each day is very inconvenient. I looked at lease and seen it was not stated that we have to do that. If I known this I would have looked at different apartment complex. This really disturb me very much. Upon moving in received a listed of do's and don't s which bothers me very much. My situation is different from a lot of other people. Yes will be seeking other arrangements after lease is done. I... love it so far for security reason.

The leasing staff is very nice and welcoming. The maintenance team is very nice and handle things quickly. The building is always clean and smells good.
