I fell in love with Contour from the moment I walked in. Everyone was so welcoming and Caleb truly is a great leasing agent. He made the process so stress free and fun! I’ve never had this experience anywhere else so I highly recommend it. April, the property manager was also so sweet and welcoming! The pricing is reasonable being that the units are pretty large compared to other communities nearby and the amenities are top tier! Excited to move in this June :)

Too expensive compared to close alternatives
These are standard no frills apartments at premium rates. The price they are asking is ridiculous for what they offer especially since the adult club literally next door has a shooting almost every night. The hospital is too far away to live here. Not worth it for what’s available in the area.
