I drove over four hours from Virginia for a scheduled apartment tour on June 19, 2026, at 3:00 PM. I had both a confirmation email and text message confirming the appointment.
Despite arriving approximately 15 minutes early, no one was available for the scheduled tour. I called multiple times, sent text messages, knocked on the office door, and waited more than 20 minutes past the appointment time. Unfortunately, no one answered, responded, or showed up.
This was an extremely disappointing... experience and a complete waste of time and travel expenses. A confirmed appointment should be honored, or at the very least, prospective residents should be notified if staff are unavailable.
While waiting, I walked around the property and observed broken mailboxes and trash scattered around parts of the complex, which further raised concerns about the property's management and upkeep.
I understand that unexpected situations can occur, but the lack of communication, professionalism, and respect for a prospective resident's time is unacceptable. I would strongly encourage management to review its scheduling and customer service practices to prevent others from having a similar experience. Read More

The rent is affordable, the community is quiet and clean.

Do you enjoy your air conditioning cutting out in mid July every other day? How about roaches, broken appliances, lying property management, flooding inside your apartment and much more? Doesn't sound appealing? Then do your self a favor and look elsewhere.

I applied for an apartment in the beginning of June and here it is July. When i call to inquire why i haven’t heard anything no one will answer. Per the website if you haven’t heard anything within 7 days it’s a denial and you’re entitled to all your money back. Thats a lie. I recommend this be your last choice if you have other options.

Lots of renovation updating an older property. New owners are updating all units as they become available, so that seems to be a good thing although will eventually lead to higher rents. Saw reviews taking about lots of vacant units but knowing that the new owners are remodeling units - that seems to be the right way to do it. Bathroom and kitchen updates are really nice.
