Discrepancy Between Advertisements and Reality
In my personal opinion, the apartment fails to live up to the standards depicted in its advertisements. Despite initial appeal, the actual condition falls short, with outdated features and malfunctioning appliances. The discrepancy between expectation and reality is evident. I hope this feedback serves as a cautionary note for potential renters.

Fantastic Maintenance
Anytime I have any questions or need help with anything Marcus and the team always come to my aid! They are super helpful with ensuring I am comfortable and happy in my space. The property is super safe, close to my work, and everything is modern and clean! My favorite place I’ve stayed in Charlotte yet!

Not Clean
I really like my unit so that is why my rating is not lower - though appliances are simple compared to other complexes I lived in… buuuut the valet trash drags bags down the corridors causing leakage that the complex has not bothered cleaning in the almost six months I’ve been here. They don’t even seem to bother to blow the leafs and other debris that accumulates over time.
The dog park is also filthy and not worth the risk of stepping into. I complained and they picked up the waste but they... didn’t bother actually cleaning anything that is still set into the turf.
