These guys don't play. They keep thevapartments smoothly running. Dont expext to move here and get away with mischief. EXPECT a lovely community where EVERYONE is respectful of EVERYONE. Its a relatively peaceful place to live and the front office is very professional and kind. But don't let their kindness be mistakened for a doormat. As I mentioned in my comment above, they don't want rule breakers here; they want respectful tenants. So, if you are ready for a beautiful, clean, lovely place to... live with respectful tenants whondo their best to keep their neighbors welfare top priority, then come on over; we want to meet you!

I love living here! It’s a really nice place, I love all the activities that novel invite us for sharing with our neighbors. All the amenities are incredible and the people that works here are amaizing, they always are there for anything you need :)!!

We love our new apartment from the perfect layout, amenities, and build quality to location and amazing support from the leasing office/management. We were moving from Florida and chose Novel Ballantyne without touring, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Alexis and Sarah from the office were amazing with helping us moving in especially. I’d easily recommend Novel to anyone.
