Not worth the risk
Crime and theft are a major problem. Police are always in the area, with their headlights beaming directly into windows. The laundry room is a drug den. The office mgr does not notify residents of crime; you have to find out from neighbors. Also, the manager is extremely rude and nasty. When I inquired about one of the shootings, she snapped at me and said I should "let her know what is happening not wait to be told." Not once did she express concern for my safety or sympathize for the dangerous... conditions. It used to be a decent community and had friendlier office staff but ever since COVID, neither is the case.
