Very disappointing management.
I have lived here for almost 2 years and have mostly ignored small issues, but what’s happening now is unacceptable. The pool construction goes on nonstop from early morning until evening, making it impossible to sleep or rest.

The work was promised to be finished last Friday, yet it will continue for at least another week- with no guarantee it will actually end next week. Management seems to think it’s normal that contractors can’t finish on time, while... residents’ comfort doesn’t matter.

My 3 year old child cannot sleep because of this noise. I’m sure I’m not the only resident affected.

Living at Allure at Southpark has been a great experience, largely because of the staff. They are organized, responsive, and genuinely caring. My recent work order was handled efficiently, and I appreciated the courtesy and respect shown by the maintenance team. It’s refreshing to see a community where the team collaborates and truly supports its residents. Bielka is fantastic!

I moved into Allure July 2025. So, I've really enjoyed my apartment and the whole staff. New Management have been upgrading the property. It hasn't caused too much inconvenience to the residents and it's good to see positive changes.

I have lived here for several years, and I love the improvements the new management is making. Looks like upgrades are in progress, a little bit of a construction zone right now, but it will be worth it. Great Fitness Center updates and events. I plan to join the Pilates event tomorrow!

I am writing this to warn others about the serious gap between this complex’s 'luxury' branding and the reality of living here, which I did for a year and a half. I got out of my lease as soon as I was able! Despite paying thousands in rent, the security is a major concern. I personally experienced a frightening safety incident where I was followed in the 'gated' garage, and management was entirely dismissive of the report. The property is not maintained to a luxury standard, and communication... from the office is consistently misleading. The only reason this complex is getting a 1-star review is the facilities team; they are hardworking and professional despite the difficult conditions management puts them in.
