Not Just Another Apartment
I've been here 6 months now which is a fair amount of time to see how things are really really done. Accent really is an upgraded apartment that really does have a big kitchen with lots of storage with all new appliances, it really does have a big bath tub and a washer and dryer included. An amazing amenity package including a big pool and hammocks to chill in and a spacious gym to work out in , but what you don't know is the maintainance team goes above and beyond do help you out, the leasing... staff makes day to day living here feel like home. They schedule socials, food trucks, give aways, contests and even listen to your soap opera of a love life! Where can you live in a city full of strangers that everyday you know the folks that keep this place running care about your safety, comfort and care. Nowhere but Accent at Berkeley Place It's not just another apartment.

Amazing Staff and Property
The things that Accent Berkeley does for their tenants are great from the events they host to the gift cards they give out and more. They make you feel appreciated to be a part of their property. I moved from out of state and went with my gut feeling about the property. When I viewed it I felt like this was where I wanted to live. I’m glad I chose Accent Berkeley. Amazing team and Property

Love this complex
As a current resident here who is a young professional I LOVE it here . The leasing consultants are so helpful and friendly. Not to mention the property manager Fai is amazing and attentive. The community itself is nestled away in a quiet area . The apartments are spacious and beautiful. If you are looking for a place that is centrally located and valued proximity to grocery stores and shopping. This is your place!
