Property needs help!
Moved in a few weeks ago and seems like Sandhurst doesn’t have enough staff to run the place properly. Simple maintenance requests take forever to be fixed and small cosmetic issues throughout the entire place. Other simple requests often have to be sent reminders and the maintenance staff will leave the place dirty after they leave your unit.
Susan, the on-site manager, seems to be the only one working and the maintenance is not on site everyday.
On the website it states amenities such as a... microwave for all units, as it doesn’t have an asterisk for select units, but after talking with Susan apparently that is for only select units.
Dumpsters located far away from certain units and does not come with any trash cans. Renters beware!

Williamsburg Manor. Wonderful Home and Neighborhood
My husband and I recently moved to Williamsburg Manor, the location being its main attraction. What we found, however, was a beautifully diverse and well managed neighborhood with kind neighbors, amazing office staff and great maintenance. While the townhomes are older, the staff have done well to keep everything up to date. We love our home at Williamsburg Manor and would recommend it to anyone looking for their next home.
