I’ve been living at Merriwood Apartments since 2018. While the community is older, it is exceptionally well maintained. The location is fantastic, walking distance from Fenton, making it very convenient for daily activities. The property manager is highly professional and attentive. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to call home.

Bad people work here don’t move here not polite and maintenance is bad with bad costumers service in the office

The buildings are old, essentially built in the 70s sometime.
Essentially, bathroom smell runs through the vent from the apartment opposite usage or from first floor bathroom usage which seeps through the floor of the bathroom below to the second floor bathroom. Sometime the smell is so strong from the apartment below me that my entire apartment smells not just the bathroom.
I have lived here for 3 years and asked the management repeatedly to to do something about my apartment on Butterwood CT... but to no avail. I expect all the second floor apartments of all buildings in this complex have the same problem.
I talked to the city of Cary and was told the buildings are old and that they can't do anything.
The rent is not cheap anymore. The management raised the rent on me 5 times in 3 years. I expected that I would at least have something done about the smell but nothing was done. Read More

I’ve been living here for the past 5 years and the staff is very nice and attentive; we’ve asked them to do a lot over the years and they’ve always helped us out. If there’s ever an issue, they come and help. Highly recommend.
