I am reviewing this property based on my application experience. With many local apartment complexes, the rental fees can change day to day. During my process, I was told a rental amount during the day and if I applied that evening the rent amount would be honored (this was based on a much lower amount a day or two before). I applied online with a much higher rent "lock-in", the next day I was told that the rent would be that higher amount and the previous "guaranteed" amount was not honored... . This seemed to be a clear bait and switch to me.

Incentives were offered to bring the rent in line with the original offer, but, the incentive was a one time discount on the first months rent. Plus, there was already an incentive on the unit which then was no real incentive as this group was using the "discount" to make up for this bait and switch.

Further, the application fee is well over $200, I applied at a different complex in the area today that had a $75 fee only - each of these apartment groups are very comparable. My advice is to do your homework and know that when you apply that the rent online is the amount you will pay and no other verbal quotes will be honored. Common sense really, good for this group to obtain an exorbitant application fee from me, extremely poor customer service otherwise. Read More

office staff is nice and I enjoy speaking with all of them.

The maintenance crew answers your request promptly and is helpful.

We have great residential functions.

I’ve lived here for 2 years and just renewed for a third. I’ve appreciated that rent didn’t skyrocket with each renewal offer so that I don’t have to keep moving. Overall it’s been a great experience. The complex is clean and the size of the apartment is worth the price. The pool is nice and the location is close to a ton of shopping. The only cons are the occasional roach which can happen anywhere and there have been a few car break-ins and thefts.

apartment is good and best schools are near by
safe and great community and office staff are good /supportive
