I would give 5 stars but unfortunately I have been dealing with an issue with our rent for about a month now and it still has not been fixed. We signed our lease agreement with a set amount and we have been charged a significantly larger amount than what was agreed upon. I have reached out to office staff multiple times through email with no response unless I go in person to the office. I was promised our rent issues would be fixed but nothing has been changed. I absolutely love living here and... plan to stay as well as all the staff is extremely nice and friendly but this issue has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

I’ve been here at Boundary for over a year, I like the location. It’s near everything. The townhouse I live in is newly renovated so I love that, Overall I have no complaints ??

The neighborhood is quite. Maintenance responds quickly to requests. The grounds are keep clean. My only issue are the food trucks that are parked near my street, making it difficult to see if cars are coming when pulling out.
