We lived here for 5 years and the property was kept up with for about 2 of those years. Gomez and Sabrina are worthless employees. They are never in the office. The day we moved out and went to turn the keys in there was no one in the office. So how you expect people to turn in keys to the property when no one is around? They are super unprofessional. They will give you attitude in emails and on the phone. They are trashy people and I would never hire them. They will never fix the holes in the... apartment building caused by the hurricanes. The mold in the hallways and in your unit is insane. The hallways never get cleaned and have spider webs everywhere. They say they do "pest control" but really they will spray sugar water and cause more roaches. They will never give you air filters for the apartment. If they do its the cheap ones that last about two weeks. The air ventilation does not exist in these apartments. You have to keep a floor fans going to breathe in these apartments. If you need your toilet property sealed the maintenance men will tell you to sit on it so they can seal it. Everyone that works for this property is so unprofessional and borderline slow. The most unprofessional property I have ever rented from. They let us go 6 months without a lease before letting us know we would not be approved by corporate. They do not care about there residents and are terrible people. We are so happy we moved out of this dump. And so happy we will not have to deal with unprofessional and disrespectful management ever again.

Worst experience I've ever had at an apartment complex. Incredibly strict parking rules that will result in a booted car that cost $200 to get off. Multiple roaches and appliances break regularly. Management and the office is terrible, BUYER BEWARE!!!

It has been a good place to live for a year now. Moving in there were a few issues as normal. Maintenance addressed quickly. Place is well remodeled building is clean. Managers have been attentive and responsive, nice surprise over other local apartments I’ve lived with my children. The little park is great for the kids too. The only issue I have is parking. Seems to have not enough, but may be due to remodel. I would highly recommend living here.
