I wouldn’t recommend this place at all! Me and my fiance have lived here for about a year and we’ve had nothing but trouble and issues with them. Unfortunately this was the only place that reached out to us so we had no other option to come here and I wished it didn’t turn out the way it did. Unfortunately again we may have to renew our lease but this place maybe wouldn’t be so bad if the property actually cared for its people. They’ve switched the property management people up front at least... three times during the year I lived here. And I feel as if each one could care less about my concerns and safety of me, my fiance, and our pets. When we first moved here we dealt with roaches for two months and not one pest control person seemed to know what they were doing and management didn’t seem to care. Apparently the unit right beside us had an infestation that was bad and I was told they were still dealing with it. I was also told our unit was clean and prepared with new appliances and a hardwood floor as promised. Of course instead we were welcomed to roaches , stained carpet, and broken bathroom vent and swinging fan that took multiple attempts to reach the office to get fixed. We’ve dealt with smelly sink water for about two weeks, a dusty vent that hasn’t been cleaned in god knows how long, a leaking water heater for three days until it was replaced. Our ice maker has been broke for about a few weeks and nobody apparently seems to know what they’re doing. They have switched maintenance so many times. There’s people who leave their giant dogs without leashes roaming around who has unfortunately came at our dogs. The neighbors are loud, rude, and nosey. You can hear music blasting almost everywhere along with shouting and I have expressed my concerns in person, through text, email, and call and all I’m getting told is that they’re new or trying to learn the ropes. It’s been like three months I’m tired of being patient and understanding. I’ve been talked to like I’m naive, dumb, or a burden. It feels as if every attempt I made is brushed off and not cared for and that is not a community you want to live in. I lived here 10 years ago and let me tell you.....the new property manager Wanda has turned this place 360 degrees. Her knowledge is endless and the upgrades are amazing!!! She is the ONLY reason I moved back here. The maintenance staff (Carl) irreplaceable!!!! Wanda knows her stuff and I wouldn't live anywhere else!!!! You have to check out the changes and improvements.... They are worth every dime!!!! She cares about her residence and the quality of the property. Without her I wouldn't know... what I would of done. Process with her is easy, efficient and timely!!!! Check out her and her staff!!!!

I have been waiting for almost 7 months to have my screen door replaced. It is unsecured without a lock. It kept jamming and causing me to be locked in from the inside and locked out from the outside. New management has now taken over the past four months and all they keep telling me is a storm door is on back order.
Can never get repairs on timely in your apartment and when they do come to do them they halfway fix what they’re supposed to do because they are not qualified to do the repairs.... This place has gone downhill in the past year and a half and it’s truly sad that they’re raising the rent and doing nothing for maintenance of the property no lawn care service whatsoever and ever they want to come take care of the grounds. I have lived at Willow Creek for 4 years and enjoyed every moment. My neighbors are friendly, quite and respectful of the properties designated parking spaces. The grounds are well maintained and maintenance has always arrived on time and completed all work orders promptly. Location is Awesome, close to Interstate 40, The City Park, restaurants, shopping centers and grocery stores. Safe place for children to play and lovely, secure swimming pool. Super nice office manager, Michelle, who is... always available to help with any situation or concern you may have.
