This place is infested with roaches. No matter how much you clean your apartment they'll come in through the bent up front door they leave us with. Common areas are never cleaned. I've seen dirty underwear, food and wrappers left on the floor for days. I refuse to clean up after other people's children. Cannot wait for my lease to be over.

For starters, I was approved for a fully renovated 3 bedroom with a wash and dryer hook up. I didnt find out about it being a fully renovated 2 bedroom with no wash and dryer hook up a week before my move in date. The overall inside looked rushed. The paint on the wall and bathroom tube pills. The closet doors and tissue/towel holders falls off. No matter how clean you are , you will see bugs and especially roaches. The walls are so thin you can hear the neighbors above you.. It also sounds like... they're about to fall through the ceiling. You can hear the neighbors beside you as well. I also had 2 floods the first 90 days living here. It came from the neighbors above me bathroom pipes.The first one wasnt bad but the second one was. Both bedrooms, hallway and bathroom was flooded . A few items did get water damaged. When i reported the damages, the Venue kept giving me the run around or not responding. Its been a total of nine months and still nothing.
