Horrible Management/multiple occasions of Stolen and Broken Into Cars
Brown Investment Properties and Buckhill Village Apartments in Burlington, NC, is not customer-friendly.There have been MULTIPLE OCCASIONS of Car Break-ins and Multiple Cars STOLEN. My rent was increased from one year ago by 11%. In addition to the 11% increase, there is an additional $250 per month if you should have to go month-to-month for ANY REASON-Management DOES NOT care!! This was an effective increase of 25.67% in rent!!

Poor Management /No rules
Moved here past 6 months. The managers attitudes are terrible. Units are very nice but living here is a beast. Rules and residents were an afterthought. Buckhill Village has no parking policies that protects the tenants. How can you identify which cars belongs without parking decals and more. No breed restrictions which makes living among others a bit scary and cumbersome. Dogs bark all days long. No noise ordinance so living peacefully is nonexistent. Everything is the tenants... responsibility.
We all know how apartment living can but if we have rules and polices in place to protect each resident it makes all the difference. When they opened summer of 2021 none of these things were though of.
